If I have to summarize my experience in a few words, I would put it as “An Absolute Rollercoaster ride”. I have enjoyed the time spent with my colleagues and my mentors who are now my best of friends. It’s been a journey filled with lots of opportunities and challenges. Opportunities to grow and challenges to evolve and become smarter.
I have always been entrusted with additional responsibilities and given a free hand and backing to make decisions that help both the organization as well as my career. The varied roles assigned to me from the time a worked as a Team Member to a Project Lead has been one with more than adequate freedom to deliver my responsibilities successfully.
