Services uses Quality Assurance methodologies and practices
at all steps in its projects, aiming to deliver error-free
software applications. This commitment to quality is
SLK's core objective as we believe this is the only
way to ensure total customer satisfaction.
We implement the Software Quality Assurance (SQA) that
addresses the quality assurance needs at every phase
of the software development cycle. SLK has a comprehensive
Quality Control process which ensures that every solution
delivered by SLK is of international standards.
SLK's PQAG (Process & Quality Assurance Group) focuses
on software process improvement. Working with Project
managers and Developers, the PQA group tracks, screens,
installs, and evaluates new methods and processes that
can improve the software engineering capability of an
organization.
SLK's Quality Management System (QMS) provides the process
framework under which the projects are executed. SLK's
QMS complies with Software Engineering Institute's Software
Capability Maturity model version 1.1. The QMS structure
is based on "ISO 10013- Guidelines".
